Yes — all Stickeroo vinyl stickers are waterproof and weather‑resistant.
For outdoor or long‑term use, choose laminated vinyl.
The laminate adds an extra shield against water, UV light, scratches, and oil — keeping your design vibrant for years.

💡 Stickeroo tip: Match your sticker’s finish to the surface — matte on matte containers, gloss on smooth or reflective ones.
At first glance, most stickers can look similar — especially when they’re brand new.
The difference shows over time.
Many cheaper stickers are made with lower-grade vinyl and inks that can start fading, peeling, or deteriorating within 1–3 years, especially outdoors or on frequently handled products.
At Stickeroo, we use premium materials designed to last. Our laminated vinyl stickers are built for long-term durability, with many lasting 5–7 years outdoors when properly applied.
For businesses, this matters more than people realise. Your stickers represent your brand long after they leave your hands — on packaging, laptops, vehicles, drink bottles, tools, and products out in the real world.
A sticker that fades after a year can make a brand look cheap or forgotten. A high-quality sticker keeps your branding looking sharp, professional, and visible for years.
That’s why many businesses choose Stickeroo: they want stickers that continue representing their brand properly over time — not just on day one.
At Stickeroo, we use premium materials designed to:
• hold their shape
• stay adhered properly
• maintain a clean, professional finish
Cheaper stickers often start to:
• shrink or curl at the edges
• fade faster
• lift or peel, especially with handling or outdoor use
So while the difference isn’t always obvious on day one, it becomes clear as your stickers are used in real-world conditions.
Ordering custom stickers with Stickeroo is simple — and you don’t need to be a designer or printing expert to get started.
Here’s how it works:
1️Choose your sticker type: stacked as individuals, on a sheet or on a roll.
Select the material and type that suits your use (product labels, outdoor branding, events, etc).
2️Select your size and quantity and finish
The larger the quantity, the cheaper it is per sticker.
3️Upload your artwork
Upload your file and proceed to checkout — or do so after ordering if you’re still finalising your design.
4️Proof Approval
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a digital proof for approval. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for an email from us with your proof within a business day of ordering. We provide unlimited revisions until you are happy. Production only begins once you approve your proof.
5️Production & Dispatch
Once approved, your stickers move into production. Your stickers will be printed, cut, popped out, then packaged up ready for dispatch. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Not sure which option to choose? The main difference comes down to how you want to use and apply your stickers.

What do you intend to do with the stickers?
Die Cut Stickers and Kiss Cut Stickers are individual stickers which are perfect for handing out at events, functions and expos.
Sticker Sheets and Roll Labels are the way to go if you are needing easier and quicker peel to label those coffee bags, glass jars and tins.
If you want colourful prints on cars, choose Bumper Stickers.
If you want to decorate a wall, window and even your drink bottle, try our Transfer Stickers.
Die Cut Stickers and Kiss Cut stickers, when applied to a surface, they look the same. The only difference is how they are presented to you and your customer.
Just like a conservative first date kiss, our blade precisely and gently cuts the top layer of vinyl to create a peel away sticker. The leftover vinyl is the perfect area to print extra promotional material for your brand and designs.
Our Die Cut Stickers give a bit more punch where we chomp through the vinyl and backing. We will customise your sticker shape to best suit your design. Just like wearing a dress, it should really show off your curves!
Not sure which sticker is right for your project? Here’s a quick guide.
Laminated Stickers
Best for durability. Ideal for outdoor use, cars, tools, equipment, and long-term branding. Lamination adds a protective barrier that guards your print from oils and grime, abrasion and UV exposure — keeping colours vibrant and your design looking sharp for longer.
Unlaminated Stickers
Great for short-term or indoor use such as in-store product packaging, event giveaways or quick labelling solutions.
Clear Stickers
Printed with and without white ink, creating a transparent effect. Best for glass, packaging or minimal designs.
High Tack Stickers
Provides the strongest adhesive for slightly textured or difficult surfaces or for stickers that need to last when stuck. These are also laminated so our High Tack Stickers are the most durable product.
If you’re unsure, Laminated Stickers are the most popular choice for businesses because they last longer.
All Stickeroo stickers are printed using durable eco-solvent inks, but the lifespan depends on usage.
Outdoor Use
Choose laminated stickers for protection against:• UV exposure• Rain and moisture• Scratches and handling• General wear and tear
With proper application, laminated vinyl stickers can last several years outdoors.
Indoor Use
Unlaminated stickers are often sufficient for packaging, stationery or short-term applications. They are a cost-effective option and can still last for years when used indoors.
We focus on long-term durability and consistent quality, rather than using lower-grade materials that may look fine initially but degrade more quickly.
Printing larger quantities allows production costs to be spread across more stickers.
This reduces the cost per sticker, which is why ordering in bulk is often more cost-effective for businesses that use stickers regularly.
We specialise in high-quality custom stickers designed for businesses who want premium quality without compromise. Here is what sets us apart:
• Australian-owned and locally produced
• Printed using eco-solvent CMYK technology
• Level 2 Certified Sustainable Green Print for responsible, eco-conscious production
• Trusted partner for brands, events and businesses across Australia
• Proofing with unlimited revisions
• Durable laminated and bubble-free options
• Designed for repeat ordering and consistent branding
Many businesses rely on our stickers for product labels, packaging and equipment branding, which is why we prioritise consistent colour, durability and professional finish.
The quality of a sticker depends heavily on the materials and printing process used.
Lower-cost sticker options may use cheaper vinyl and faster printing settings to reduce costs. This can sometimes result in:
• grainier prints
• inconsistent colours
• reduced durability
• shorter outdoor lifespan
• sticker shrinkage
At Stickeroo, we prioritise premium materials and proper curing processes to ensure your stickers look professional and last longer.
Most sticker suppliers use monomeric vinyl, which is a lower-cost material designed for short-term use.
At Stickeroo, we use premium polymeric vinyl, which is made for long-term performance and durability.
What that means for you:
• Lasts longer — won’t shrink, crack or peel prematurely
• Holds its shape— stays smooth instead of curling or distorting over time
• Better for real-world use— handles outdoor conditions, handling, and temperature changes
• More consistent print quality — colours stay sharper for longer
Monomeric vinyl can look similar at first, but over time it’s more likely to shrink, lift at the edges, or fade — especially on products, packaging, or outdoor use.
We print on premium polymeric vinyl using eco‑solvent CMYK inks — the same technology trusted by professional signmakers.
Sticker options include:
• Premium White Vinyl – Long term indoor use; flexible and smooth finish.
• Laminated Premium White Vinyl – For outdoor durability and water resistance.
• High Tack Laminated Vinyl – Super strong adhesive for rough or hard to stick surfaces.
• Clear Vinyl (With or Without White Ink) – For transparent or "no label" looks.
• Holographic Vinyl – Iridescent shine for indoor use only.
• BOPP and Paper Labels on Rolls – Ideal for packaging and short term labelling.
All materials are printed and finished in Australia using eco‑friendly production practices
Yes we do! We offer gloss and matte laminate finish for white vinyl stickers to protect the print and increase the lifespan of the sticker.
For Labels on Rolls, the white BOPP stock comes with indoor gloss and matte laminate finish for extra durability.
Laminate your stickers to increase longevity of the sticker and protection of the print.
Choosing between laminated and unlaminated stickers depends on how and where you plan to use them.
Laminated Stickers
Lamination adds a transparent protective layer over the printed surface that makes them:
• Scratch and scuff resistant
• Water and weather resistant
• UV protection helps prevent fading
• Stronger, more durable finish which also means longer lifespan
• Available in matte or gloss finishes
✅ Best for: Outdoor use, product labels handled frequently, water bottles, packaging, equipment, tools, vehicles
👉 If your stickers will be touched, washed, or used outdoors — laminated is usually the better choice.
Unlaminated Stickers
Unlaminated stickers are lighter and more cost-effective. They do not have the extra protective layer, which makes them:
• Slightly thinner and more flexible
• Budget-friendly
• Suitable for indoor or short-term use
• Writable with pen or marker
✅ Best for: packaging inserts, indoor promotions and events, quick labelling
👉 Ideal when durability isn’t the main priority and you want a more budget-friendly option.
⭐ Stickeroo Recommendation
If you’re unsure, laminated stickers are the safest all-round choice — especially for business branding where longevity and professional appearance matter.
Laminated High Tack Stickers have a high tack adhesive which provides stronger adhesion to difficult surfaces.
It is commonly used for surfaces such as:
• Equipment
• Toolboxes
• Industrial surfaces
• PET/PVC bottles
• Smooth HDPE bottle
There are some textured plastics with low surface energy which would be difficult for many stickers to bond to. We would suggest ordering a small batch to test on your product before committing to a larger run.
BOPP is the number one material available for Labels on Rolls. This is a thinner material and more cost-effective material option. This is perfect for bulk or large volume label solution. BOPP labels come with indoor laminate finish for extra durability making them viable for a wide range of application.
Vinyl on the other hand is a more rigid material option for those looking for extra durable stickers. Vinyl is outdoor grade material that can last up to 5-7 years outdoors if laminated. Premium white vinyl stickers can withstand the harsher outdoor conditions as they are waterproof and weather resistant.
Clear stickers give your design a clean, “floating” look — great for glass or packaging.
• CMYK printing (No White Ink): transparent colours, subtle on light surfaces.
• CMYK + White Ink printing: solid, vibrant colours even on dark surfaces.
If you’re applying to dark packaging, choose Clear with White Ink for best visibility.

Curving (on backing):
A temporary effect caused by the vinyl and backing reacting differently to temperature.
✔ Happens before application
✔ No impact on quality or performance
Shrinking (after application):
Occurs with lower-grade materials and can lead to edge lift or peeling over time.
✖ This is not something that happens with our premium vinyl
The finish affects how your stickers look and feel.
Gloss Finish
• Shiny surface
• Colours may appear more vibrant
• Great for bold branding and eye-catching designs
Matte Finish
• Non-reflective surface
• Softer, modern appearance
• Reduces glare under lighting
• Popular for product labels and premium branding
Both finishes offer excellent print quality — choosing comes down to your aesthetic preference.
⭐ Stickeroo’s recommendation
Match your sticker’s finish with the surface it is going onto. If it’s a matte container, order matte stickers.
💡 Tip: for product photography, choose matte finish so you don’t have to worry about glare.
Currently, we do not print with metallic inks or have foil finished stickers.
We do print on Holographic Vinyl which is a rainbow metallic look! Check out our Holographic Stickers!
Yes we do! One of our standout products are our Holographic Stickers. We print CMYK on an iridescent rainbow vinyl which makes your design shine. These stickers can be presented in individual stacks or sheets. We have listed the most popular sizes and quantities but if your size and quantity are not listed, email us at hello@stickeroo.com.au for a custom quote. Remember, it is always more cost-efficient to get a larger order!
Go taste the sticker rainbow!
Because Clear Stickers are transparent, colours may appear slightly lighter or more subtle depending on the surface they are applied to.
For best results, Clear Stickers are typically applied to light or white surfaces, where the design remains clearly visible.
If you’re wanting to pop your sticker on a dark surface, we’d recommend our Clear Stickers with White Ink.
For unlaminated stickers, some matte stickers can appear shinier due to the amount of inks printed onto the vinyl. When the ink is laid onto the matte vinyl, the printed areas may appear slightly shiny or glossy. We'd recommend adding matte lamination to make the sticker's overall finish uniform.
Yes. Additional options such as lamination or specialty materials can affect the final price, as they add extra production steps and materials.
Lamination adds a protective layer over the printed vinyl.
This helps protect the print from:
• oils from handling
• abrasion
• UV fading
It also helps the sticker maintain its appearance over time, especially when used in demanding environments.
⭐ Stickeroo tip: If in doubt, go laminated — it’s our most popular option for business branding and durability.
Depending on the product, most of our stickers whether they are laminated or unlaminated are available in:
· Gloss
· Matte
Holographic Stickers are an iridescent shiny finish.
Clear Stickers are only available in gloss.
Paper Roll Labels are only available in matte.
Our Holographic Stickers are waterproof but not weatherproof. We print on metallic holographic vinyl without extra finishes like lamination so the print can be damaged if scratched excessively or exposed to extreme weather and elements. They can work as outdoor stickers for a short time but they are more efficient and longer lasting on indoor surfaces.
Our vinyl stickers use permanent adhesive for a strong hold. They can be removed, but some residue may remain depending on surface and duration applied. Our High Tack Stickers will definitely leave a tacky residue upon removal.
💡 Tip: Warm the adhesive with a hairdryer before peeling to make removal easier.
Carefully lift a corner of the sticker and slowly peel it back, folding the sticker back on itself.
We use high-quality vinyl which means when removing your sticker from metal, glass or plastic, it will leave minimal tacky residue.
Our stickers can be used indoors and outdoors. The vinyl we use for our stickers have a 5-year outdoor rating. They are UV, water and salt water-resistant. This means that our stickers won’t fade or discolour for a couple of years. Lamination will improve the longevity of the sticker.
Our stickers also have excellent adhesion to most popular substrates.
Our Transfer Stickers are versatile and can be applied to any smooth, clean surface. This includes windows, cars, laptops, glass, and metal surfaces. For best results, ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the sticker.
Yes, they are!
Our stickers can be popped in the fridge or freezer as well as dishwasher. Our stickers have even been tested in a baby bottle steriliser. Perfect labels for daycare and kindy!
Yes, you can use wet application on all vinyl stickers. Generally, for smaller stickers dry application is just fine. The premium and permanent/promotional vinyl we offer has air release technology. This means there are air egress channels which would eliminate any bubbling or wrinkling during application.
However, for larger stickers, wet application is great to better align the vinyl stickers. We recommend a very small ratio of soap to water. Approximately 1 drop of dishwashing soap per cup of cold/room temperature water. Johnson's baby shampoo is the best lubricant for large adhesives. With wet application, you're able to soft install (don't press hard) allowing you to slide the sticker to the exact position you want.
Then, slowly work from the centre outwards to squeegee the water out. When doing so, please squeegee gently because it's possible to scratch off the ink if you're to abrasive. If you're using a credit card to apply it is recommended to wrap it in something soft like a microfibre towel or a damp lint free paper towel. Please allow 24 hours to dry at ambient temperature. Avoid a heat gun/hair dryer to accelerate drying as this can lead to adhesive failure and trap water behind. Always dry the area around the sticker with paper towel after installation to avoid water dripping down the top and getting under the vinyl.
Yes — both laminated and unlaminated stickers can be written on.
Many customers use them for:
• product labelling
• storage containers
• event or table numbers
• packaging notes
For best results, we recommend using a permanent marker or pen suitable for the surface. You would also want to allow the ink to dry up before touching the stickers again to avoid smudging. We would recommend ordering a small batch to test first before ordering larger quantities. Alternatively, you can test it out on our stickers provided in our Sticker Sample Pack.
No. We do not offer gold or silver metallic. We can print your gold or silver artwork but note that CMYK print would look closer to a flat colour rather than shiny metal.
Tip. You can mimic a metallic look in your design with colour blends and gradients using CMYK colours.
Yes — laminated vinyl stickers have an extended lifespan and are designed to handle:
• Rain and moisture
• UV exposure and fading
• Scratches, oils, and handling
Common outdoor uses include:
• vehicles
• hard hats
• toolboxes
• outdoor equipment
• signage
With proper application, our Premium Laminated Vinyl Stickers last 5–7 years outdoors. We now offer Laminated Trade Stickers which last 3-5 years outdoors.
Like all printed materials, stickers may gradually fade after long-term exposure to sunlight — we’re typically talking years, not months. Using quality materials and proper curing processes helps ensure the print remains vibrant for as long as possible. Lower-quality prints and vinyls can lead to the stickers fading much sooner.
Choosing laminated stickers can help improve UV resistance and extend the lifespan of the print, helping your stickers look great for even longer.
Sticker durability also depends on the surface the sticker is applied to.
For best adhesion and lifespan, stickers should be applied to clean, smooth surfaces such as:
• glass
• metal
• sealed plastic
Rough, textured or dirty surfaces may reduce adhesion and lifespan.
To maximise sticker lifespan:
• Apply to a clean, dry surface for better adhesion.
• Choose laminated stickers for protection against wear.
• Store unused stickers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or continuous abrasion.
We operate in a consumable industry, so we focus on making conscious, practical choices where we can to reduce overall impact.
We focus on durability — because longer-lasting stickers create less waste over time.
Our stickers are made using premium materials designed to hold their shape, stay applied, and maintain their finish. This means they don’t need to be replaced as often due to peeling, fading or failure.
In practice, this reduces:
• unnecessary reprints
• product relabelling
• material waste from failed stickers
At the moment, all of the Roll Labels are available as hand-applied labels only. This means there's no option to choose the leading edge or orientation of the labels. This will be decided upon production based on the option with the most efficient printing and least material waste possible.
For machine-applied labels with specific orientation and specifications, you can request for this by email. Send us a message at hello@stickeroo.com.au with the label size and artwork so we can organise a custom quote for you.
Short answer is it depends on the size and orientation of your labels. The main deciding factor is the overall length of the roll which should be at least 100m. This might mean a larger starting order quantity for machine applied labels.
If you want to know how many labels is required to print machine applied labels for your product, send us an email with all the specifications required for your machine and we'll organise you a custom quote. This may include the following:
• Label size
• Leading edge or orientation of the labels
• Gap between labels and/or edge of the roll
We do not offer backslitting stickers at the moment. We've noticed that stickers with back slit tend to crease and can stick to one another during postage which is why we haven't offered it as well. We do offer Kiss Cut Stickers or Sticker Sheets options for easier peeling. These come with an extra backing to make the peeling of stickers off of the backing easy and seamless.
We currently don’t offer double-sided stickers. We can print front adhesive stickers which means the sticker goes on the inside of glass and the design faces out — keeping your design safe from the elements. For a quote, email us at hello@stickeroo.com.au.
Yes. Epoxy sealants are generally safe for vinyl stickers. Before committing to the entire run, it's always best to test on a small batch of stickers first.
Keep in mind that we don't recommend doing so on paper labels.
We focus on using materials that perform well in real-world use while making responsible choices where it genuinely makes a difference.
Some “eco-friendly” sticker materials can require more intensive manufacturing processes, and many still use adhesives that aren’t recyclable — meaning they don’t always result in a lower overall environmental impact.
If you’re looking for PVC-free options, we offer:
• BOPP Roll Labels — durable, waterproof and PVC-free
• Paper Labels— a more eco-conscious option for short-term or indoor use
These are popular choices for product packaging and businesses looking to reduce their environmental footprint.
We accept all file formats. Vector files are preferred as they are more sticker friendly and produce the best results for your stickers. Example of vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.
For best results, we recommend minimum resolution of 300dpi. Higher resolution means a better print result.
Steps to check your resolution of your artwork:
1. Open your file in Photoshop
2. Remove any unwanted space in the artwork by using the Crop tool.
3. Go to Image, then Image Size (Alt + Ctrl + I or Option + Command + I)
4. Untick ‘Resample’
5. By changing the width and height, the resolution (pixels/inch) will change accordingly. The minimum resolution should be 300 pixels per inch. The associated width and height to the resolution will indicate the print size.
For the best printing results, your artwork should be in CMYK mode.
We wouldn’t recommend anything under 6pt. Be mindful that you still want text to be legible.
Remember to convert all fonts to outlines. There are so many available fonts which makes it impossible for us to have all of them. By converting text to outlines, we will then be able to see your font properly.
Steps to convert fonts to outlines:
1. Open file in Illustrator
2. Select all text in the file
3. Select Type, Create Outlines (Shift + Ctrl + O or Shift + Command + O)
The largest file size you can upload for an order is 25mb. It might take a while to upload when placing your order depending on your internet connection but it will appear shortly. If you have a file larger than 25mb, feel free to place your order without the artwork and then email us the link to the file.
To submit your design, you can upload this on any file sharing app like Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, iCloud, and many more. Once the file is uploaded, please send us an access using our email address hello@stickeroo.com.au and we'll download it from our end so we can organise your proof of cutline.
When printing and designing, there are two kinds of image file types: raster and vector format. Raster format like PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and more are made of colour blocks called pixels.
The vector format contains shapes and paths so we can extract the shapes for the white ink underprint to pinpoint where you would like white ink to be printed. We accept vector formats like PDF, SVG, Ai (Adobe Illustrator), or EPS. If you place an order, we will let you know if your artwork is suited for Clear Stickers.
Need help with your artwork? Email us at hello@stickeroo.com.au so we can look into it.
Find out more about Clear Sticker printing and how to setup your artwork: Clear Stickers: How to Set Up my Artwork?
Very small text and ultra-thin lines may not print clearly, can disappear or print fuzzy.
Stickeroo’s design recommendations:
• Avoid text smaller than 6pt
• Avoid hairline strokes or ultra thin strokes — make them slightly bolder.
• Ensure strong contrast between text and background
If we spot any issues (like text too small to print cleanly), our team will flag them during proofing before production.
Clear stickers create a premium, modern, “no‑label” look, especially on glass, packaging and transparent surfaces. We offer two types of clear sticker printing, each producing a slightly different effect:
Option 1: Clear Stickers (CMYK Printing Only) - raster images accepted
Printed using standard CMYK inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) directly onto clear material.
What to know:
• No white ink layer.
• White areas in your artwork will appear transparent.
• Colours may appear slightly translucent (like stained glass)
• Light will pass through the printed areas.
• Best used on light or white backgrounds.
This option is perfect if you want a subtle, minimalist, or “see-through” effect, or if you’re placing it on a light background so you don’t need the extra white ink to make the colours more solid.
Option 2: Clear Stickers with White Ink (CMYK + White Ink) - vector file required
Printed using CMYK inks plus an added white ink layer.
White ink can be used:
• As an underbase (printed underneath colours to make them solid and vibrant)
• As visible white in your design (white text, logos or backgrounds)
✅ Great for:
• Opaque, bold colours on clear material
• True white elements in your design
• Greater control over transparency
If colour vibrancy or brand consistency is important, we recommend Clear Stickers with White ink.
If you want a white background, it must be set up as a separate layer in your file. This way you can show us exactly where you want the white ink.
For this reason, vector files (AI, EPS, or print-ready PDF) are required for CMYK + white ink printing.
Raster formats like PNG or JPEG can’t separate white‑ink layers correctly — they merge everything into one flat image.
Resolution & Image Quality
For sharp, crisp print results:
· 300 DPI at final print size is recommended
· Avoid enlarging small images
· Do not screenshot logos/photos from websites
Low-resolution files may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
If your file quality is too low, we’ll let you know before production
No, we will print your stickers using CMYK colours as our printers are configured with CMYK inks. RGB is a colour mode for digital (on screen) graphics so this is not applicable to printed materials.
If your artwork is in RGB format, we would recommend you to convert it to CMYK. We'll try our best to get a close match but can't guarantee a 100% colour match.
RGB is the colour mode for graphics meant to be displayed digitally. This includes Instagram or Facebook image posts or even just an image on your computer. That being said, RGB colours tend to appear brighter and richer. The presets of your display device could affect how the colours would appear as well.
CMYK (4 Colour) is the colour mode for physical print materials like business cards, banners, and of course, stickers! CMYK will look darker and flatter than RGB. But we always try our best to make sure the sticker colours pop as much as possible.
You can have as many colours in your design as possible. We won't charge you per colour. You can have all the colours and shades of the rainbow in your design and you won't be charged more.
At Stickeroo, we print CMYK colours. If requested, we will match Pantone colours to their CMYK equivalent but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Also, RGB colours are extremely hard to match but we will try our best.
For the best printing results, your artwork should be in CMYK mode. We would recommend printing a smaller batch of stickers to ensure you're happy with the colours turn out before commiting to a larger run.
Please note that colours may vary on different monitors and are slightly different in person.
All Stickeroo prints use CMYK inks. That means:
If colour accuracy matters, send your brand colour codes so we can align as closely as possible.
Digital screens display colours using RGB light (Red, Green, Blue).Printing uses CMYK inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black).
Because of this difference:
• Colours may appear slightly duller or less neon in print.
• Bright blues, greens, and reds can shift tone subtly.
• Screens are backlit, so printed versions naturally look flatter.
If exact colours are vital, supply your brand CMYK or Pantone codes so we can match them as closely as possible.
Stickeroo prints using CMYK inks, which means we cannot print true metallic gold.
Instead, gold colours are created using a combination of CMYK colours that visually simulate a gold tone.
Because metallic inks are not used, the effect will appear as a flat printed gold colour rather than reflective metallic foil.
💡 Tip: For best results, we recommend using subtle gradients or shading in your design to help create depth and a more realistic gold appearance.
All Stickeroo stickers are printed using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) eco-solvent printing technology.
Most screens display colours in RGB (Red, Green, Blue). Because of this difference, colours may appear slightly different in print compared to how they look on your screen.
Important things to know:
· Bright neon colours cannot be replicated exactly in CMYK.
· Metallic colours (like gold or silver) are simulated using colour blends and gradients.
· Screens are backlit which make colours more vibrant— printed stickers are don’t have that extra light but we have tweaked our profiles to print as vibrant as we can!
If colour accuracy is critical for your brand, please let us know specific colour codes from you branding guidelines before we hit print.
No, you don't! We will do that for you. We will automatically add a 3mm white border around the artwork. This thickness can be changed but has to be a minimum of 2mm.
This border ensures that your printed material does not get cut off in the production process.
This border doesn’t have to be white.
You can have a full bleed sticker which means colour around your sticker rather than white. Just remember to make sure all your printed information is within the safe area.
Feel free to indicate the cut line yourself and provide this as a vector file. We recommend doing this with a vector based stroke.
For a better cut result, round the corners to 3mm. Rounder corners also have better adhesion as sharper and thinner corners can catch and lift.
Bleed is an area of your artwork that would be outside the edge of your stickers. If you want your stickers’ border and background to bleed through the stickers’ edge, we recommend popping at least 3-5mm for bleed. Otherwise, we’ll pop a 3mm white border instead.
Safe zones are the ideal areas for the placement of your design. This means the text and logo elements of your artwork should not go over the safe zones for best print results.
To make sure your stickers are cut perfectly without white edges, add a bleed area that extends slightly beyond your design.
We recommend:
• 2–3mm bleed on all sides
• Keep important text and logos at least 2–3mm away from the edge (safe zone)
Yes — as long as the file is high‑resolution (300 DPI) and prepared correctly for print.
Before submitting your artwork for print, we recommend checking:
• Image resolution: 300 DPI or higher
• Text is clear and readable
• Lines and shapes appear clean and smooth
• The design looks correct at the final sticker size
• Includes enough bleed around the design for a full edge print
If you're unsure, our team can help review your artwork before printing.
AI-generated artwork can sometimes contain small visual inconsistencies that may not be immediately noticeable on screen but can become more visible when printed.
Common examples include:
• Added a suggested sticker cutline which will be printed
• Distorted text or lettering
• Uneven lines or shapes
• Unusual textures or patterns
• Inconsistent lighting or shading
• Fine details that blur when scaled
We recommend reviewing your artwork closely before submitting it for print. While you image may look acceptable on screen, it can appear distorted or uneven when printed.
💡 Tip: Always zoom in on your artwork at 100% before sending it — that’s the best way to spot issues early.
Usually not. Most AI-generated images are raster images, not vector files.
This means they may not scale perfectly to larger sizes without losing quality.
If you need larger stickers, generate art at the largest possible resolution, or recreate the design in vector form for best results.
We currently don't have in house designers to create artworks/designs at this time so we would need the design print ready as much as possible.
However, you can go to Canva.com which is a free tool and you can create your design there.
There are no restrictions when it comes to what kind of artwork we can print. However, we do have reservations about designs that are inciting violence and promoting hate speech.
What are the most common artwork issues we see?
To ensure the best print quality, we recommend checking your artwork for the following common issues before uploading:
1. Low resolution images –Images/text that are too small can appear blurry or pixelated when printed.
2. RGB colour mode –convert your artwork to CMYK
3. Text that is too small– use a minimum of 6pt
4. Missing bleed or margins – 3mm bleed required
5. Thin lines or fine details - bolder and thicker lines with stronger contrast will improve print
6. Transparency or opacity effects - flatten or rasterise layers before export
⭐ Stickeroo recommendation: Export your final file as a high‑resolution, flattened PDF for the most reliable results, unless vector file is required.
Sometimes the sticker size would have to be adjusted to match the artwork's proportions. Of course, we would still try to go for a size that matches the amount paid for the order. A proof of cutline will be sent to you noting everything including potential changes in sizing. During this stage, you can request for unlimited revisions and we will not hit print until you're happy.
Our standard production time is usually 3-5 business days after artwork proof is approved.
During this time, your stickers move through several stages:
1. Print — detailed, full colour CMYK printing onto vinyl
2. Cured – ink to fully cure to increase lifespan of prints
3. Laminate (if selected) — gloss or matte protective layer
4. Cut — precision cutting of each sticker
5. Pack and dispatch — quality checks, then shipped from our Melbourne facility
🕐 Note: Production time doesn’t include shipping. Allow extra days for delivery depending on your location.
Yes. For most orders, we will send you a digital proof for approval before printing begins.
This allows you to confirm:
• Design placement
• Cutting lines
• Overall layout
We offer unlimited revisions to make sure your design looks perfect before we print.
Proofs are normally emailed within 1 business day after you place your order.
Proofs are typically emailed to you within 1 business day after your order is placed.
Once received, you can approve the proof or request revisions. Production will begin once the proof has been approved.
During some busy periods of the year, proofs may take a bit longer to get to you but rest assured, we are working as fast as we can so you get your proofs and stickers out to you.
The most common causes of production delays include:
• Awaiting proof approval
• Artwork files that require adjustments
• Last‑minute design changes
• Extremely large or complex orders
✅ Best way to avoid delays: Approve your proof quickly and ensure artwork is finalised before ordering
Once an order has entered production, changes cannot be made.
It is important to clearly check the design you’ve uploaded to us for proofs and double check your design before approving.
After finishing and curing:
1. Every order goes through a quality check
2. Stickers are packed securely
3. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) once posted
After printing, the vinyl needs to rest for a minimum of 12 hours before the next stage.
During printing, the inks release small amounts of solvent as they cure. Allowing the vinyl to outgas ensures the inks fully stabilise before lamination and cutting.
If vinyl is laminated or cut too soon, it can lead to issues such as:
• Silvering (tiny air pockets trapped under the laminate)
• Curling or lifting edges
• Adhesion issues between the print and laminate
• Ink movement or bleeding under laminate
• Reduced durability over time
Why this matters
Proper curing and finishing take time. Rushing this process can lead to ink bleeding, laminate issues and reduced lifespan, which is why we don't rush prints because quality matters.
Because eco-solvent printing requires proper curing and finishing, same-day printing and shipping is never possiblewithout compromising quality.
At Stickeroo, we prioritise print quality, durability and longevity so your stickers arrive looking exactly as they should.

For larger print runs (over 1000 stickers), additional production time may be required. Please check with our Custom Service team before you place this order to clarify the timeframe involved, especially if you have a deadline to meet!

Cut off time is 2pm each business day where we will need your proof approvedand invoice paid before we can hit print.
Contact us directly via email at hello@stickeroo.com.au for a quote rather than placing an order online so we can make sure it is viable to meet your deadlines. For all express post orders, your tracking number usually updates within 24 hours of receiving the tracking number. This is usually because Australia Post needs a few hours to update its system. This means when you receive a notification that your order is on its way, details of the tracking number will update soon after. We’re experienced in helping businesses maintain consistent branding across repeat orders and can assist with batch printing, reorders and long-term sticker use.
We do not offer dropshipping services at Stickeroo. Our stickers are packaged in branded envelopes with inserts so blind shipping is not an option either. Businesses have found that is is also more economically beneficial to place orders in bulk which you can then post to your customers.

Yes — the more you order, the more you save. Our pricing automatically becomes more cost‑effective at higher quantities because production costs are shared across your order.
If you have a particularly large order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss the best option.
We now also offer Trade Stickers in our dedicated business range that’s around 20 % cheaper than our premium laminated vinyl. If you don’t need the large lifespan of our 5-7 year laminated vinyl, choose Trade Stickers which will last up to 3 years.
💡 Tip: Review quantity breakpoints in our website— even small increases can lower your per‑unit cost noticeably.
If you use stickers regularly for your business, ordering in larger quantities can help reduce the cost per sticker and ensure you always have stock on hand.
A few tips businesses often follow:
• Order enough to cover 2–3 months of usage.
• Combine printing multiple sizes or designs together.
• Test a smaller batch first before committing to larger runs.
• Store unused stickers in a cool, dry place for best longevity.
Many businesses find that planning their sticker orders ahead helps keep packaging and branding consistent and well stocked. Larger quantities often reduce the cost per sticker, making bulk orders a cost-effective option for businesses that use stickers regularly.
Many businesses plan their sticker orders around seasonal promotions, product launches or peak sales periods.
If you know you'll need stickers for upcoming campaigns, we recommend ordering ahead of time to allow for production and shipping.
Some common seasonal uses include:
• Holiday or limited edition packaging
• Event and promotional stickers

Planning ahead helps ensure your stickers arrive well before your launch or promotion date.

Yes. Many of our business customers print stickers in smaller batches to test products before committing to a larger print run.
Once you’re happy with your design, colour, and sizing, you can reorder easily and scale up production with consistent results.
This approach works perfectly for:
• Product trials and prototypes
• Seasonal or limited edition packaging
• Boutique and craft businesses
• Short run e commerce labels
Choosing the right sticker depends on how you’re using it and how quickly you need to apply it. Here’s a simple guide to the best options for packaging and product labels.
Roll Labels – Best for packaging and fast labellingPaper Labels (Unlaminated) – Best for disposable packagingIf your stickers will be used once and thrown away (like coffee cups, takeaway packaging or bakery boxes), paper labels are a great option. They’re slightly more affordable and perfect for high-volume consumables where long-term durability isn’t needed.
BOPP Labels (Laminated) – Best for shipping boxes and durable packagingFor packaging that will be handled, shipped or exposed to natural elements, we recommend BOPP labels. These labels are laminated to protect your branding from scratches, oils from handling and everyday wear, making them ideal for e-commerce packaging and shipping boxes.
Why many businesses choose Roll LabelsMost of our customers choose roll labels over sheets because they are simply easier and faster to use. You can peel and apply labels quickly, making them perfect forpacking orders, labelling products or applying stickers in bulk.

Currently, the smallest sticker we print is 25mm x 25mm and the largest sticker we can print is 600mm x 600mm.
You’re not limited to standard sizes or basic circles — we can cut your stickers to any custom shape.
Our cutline technology follows your artwork precisely with the overall sticker’s integrity in mind. When in doubt, choose the closest size in the calculator and the shape preference (square, circle, die‑cut). We’ll send a proof so you can see the exact cutline before printing.
Of course! We understand the importance of getting your stickers just right. After you place your order and upload your design, our team will prepare a digital proof and email it to you for approval. You can request changes or approve the proof to proceed with printing. Please note that approving your proof promptly helps avoid delays in your order's production timeline.
Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for an email from us with your proof within a business day of ordering.
You can request unlimited revisions until you are happy. We aren't happy until you are!
Before printing, we will email you a digital proof of the cutline for approval. This will show you how your stickers will be cut.
Please ensure your file:
• Is high resolution
• Size is accurate
• Spelling is correct
• Alignment is as intended
Once approved, production begins — no further changes can be made.
We want you to feel completely confident before printing which is why we provide unlimited revisions.
The quantity listed on our website refers to the number of stickers rather than sheets. This removes ambiguity because we need to know how many stickers you would like to order. All our Sticker Sheet Labels are customised depending on how many stickers and the size of stickers you are after. We will try and place as many stickers on a sheet as possible to be able to fulfil your order.
The only time that the quantity refers to the sheet rather than stickers is for our Custom Sticker Sheets where the end product is the sheet. This is because the Sticker Sheet has multiple designs which are placed in a specific orientation on the sheet.
We definitely do not charge for more colours.
Yes! Many businesses start with a smaller batch to test their design, packaging or product labelling before printing committing to a full run
This is great for:
• Testing label fit on products
• Checking colour and print quality
• Getting real world feedback before a full order
We provide unlimited revisions free of charge for your sticker design until you are happy. Once you have accepted the final proof, it is then printed and cut and sent to your door in no time.
We aren't happy until you are!
Our prices listed and provided in quotes is the price for each design. If you would like another design, simply select the quantity you are after for that design, upload the design and add it to cart.
Each unique design counts as a separate print setup, so pricing is calculated per design.
If you have multiple designs:
• Add each one individually to your cart
• Adjust size, finish, and quantity as needed
We can print incremental or variable designs, however these require additional setup and processing, so they are typically quoted on a custom basis. Please contact our team via email to discuss your requirements. For a faster, more economical approach, many customers create one core design with a writable area — for example, printing your logo and main information, then leave a writable area for unique details like names or numbers (e.g. 1–50) to be written yourself. This keeps costs down while still achieving a professional result.
There are no bulk discounts currently however the stickers are cheaper per unit on larger runs. The more you order, the cheaper it gets! You may fill out our online Custom Quote form if you'd like to get the pricing for a custom sticker order. To get more info on latest sales and discounts, we recommend signing up for our newsletter.
Ordering larger quantities means better value per sticker.
As quantity increases:
✔ Unit price decreases
✔ Production efficiency improves
✔ Brand consistency is easier to maintain
✔ You get better overall value
Many businesses start with a test batch before scaling up. Once you’ve confirmed size and design, increasing your quantity gives the best price advantage.
Ordering in larger quantities helps you:
• Reduce per unit cost
• Maintain consistent branding across stock
• Avoid reordering delays
• Lower carbon emissions due to shipping and production efficiencies
Businesses that print regularly (e.g. product labels or packaging) often order once per quarter — it’s more efficient and cost effective.
Reordering takes just seconds — and guarantees brand consistency across batches.
You can reorder in three ways:
1. Add the same product to cart and include your previous order number in the notes.
2. Log into your account click “Reorder” beside a past purchase.
3. Contact us at hello@stickeroo.com.au with your previous order number
Reordering helps maintain consistent sizing, colours and finishes for your brand.
If you don't have a Stickeroo account yet, you can place the same sticker order by jumping onto the same product page you hopped on the first time.
For example, the Custom Die Cut Stickers. Follow the prompts to check out and then you can pop an additional order note where you pop the reference number of the previous stickers you'd like to reprint. You can enter something like "Reorder #00001", and we'll take it from there.
We keep a copy of the stickers we print so we can just look up your design on our end. This means you won't have to reupload, but we'll show you a proof to make sure we're printing the correct stickers.
Feel free to add new stickers in your order as well if you have new cool artworks to print!
We accept all major online payment methods at checkout.
Because every product is custom‑made, full payment is required before we begin your artwork proof or production. This ensures your job moves straight into our production queue without delays.

Yes — artwork can be updated before proof approval. We provide unlimited revisions so you can change your order up to the time you confirm your order for print.
Once your proof has been approved and production begins, changes to artwork may no longer be possible. If you have any urgent questions about your order, please email us at hello@stickeroo.com.au.
For most orders, we send a digital proof for you to approve before production begins.
This allows you to review the design, layout and cut lines before your stickers are printed.
We offer unlimited revisions to make sure everything looks right before printing. Please keep an eye out in your inbox for a proof to approve.
For best results, apply stickers to a clean, dry and smooth surface.
Before applying:
• wipe the surface to remove dust or oils
• ensure the surface is completely dry
• apply firm pressure across the sticker
Unused stickers should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keeping stickers flat and protected from heat or moisture will help maintain their quality over time.
Yes — this is a natural characteristic of high-quality vinyl. This is not the same as shrinkingor peelingcommon in cheaper vinyl.
Vinyl is a flexible material that responds to temperature and is supplied in rolls, so a slight curve can occur during storage or shipping. Laminated stickers may show this a little more due to the additional protective layer.
Rest assured, this has zero impact on print quality or durability. Once applied, your stickers will sit flat and perform exactly as expected.
For a quick fix, you can place them upside down with light weight on top.
Orders may be changed or cancelled before production begins.
Because all stickers are custom printed, cancellations may not be possible once artwork has been approved and the printing process has started.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Once a proof has been approved, the artwork is considered final for printing.
We recommend reviewing proofs carefully before approving, as we print exactly according to the approved design.
We love our stickers and want you to as well! We always try our best to print and cut our stickers with great precision but we are humans. This means things can go wrong, hardly ever, but they can! If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@stickeroo.com.au. We offer a full 100% refund or replacement on any order which is defective or where we have made an error.
Sticky Tip!
Here are a few things to check before confirming your proof for print:
• Have I chosen the correct product type, size and quantity?
• Is my artwork at a high resolution for a better quality print?
• Are these colours matched as close as possible to the colours I want?
• Is the spelling correct? Is the grammar correct?
• Is my sticker correctly positioned for cutting?
Change of Mind
All our prints are custom and printed on demand which means we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds due to change of mind.
