How do I know what my sticker will look like?

We will email you a proof of your sticker within a business day once the order has been placed. We customise every proof and will provide unlimited revisions free of charge. Once you are happy with your proof and cutline, we will then send it off to get printed. We print all stickers in-house in our warehouse in Melbourne.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

Once you're happy with the proof, we will print your order. This usually takes 3-5 business days after approval before it then gets packed and sent of with Australia Post. If you would like a faster production time, please email us directly so we can organise a Rush Order (fees apply) for you to speed things up.Once the stickers have been printed and have come to life, it will get posted via Australia Post. Standard Post is untracked and usually takes 3-7 business days to Metro areas. Express Post will be tracked and takes 1-3 business days to Metro areas.

How much is shipping?

We'll take care of it for you! We post out all orders for free. They will be posted as untracked letters via Australia Post. For orders under $100, we also offer $8.50 for tracked express post.For all orders over $100, we'll upgrade your orders to express post for free!

Should I order Sheets or Singles?

Sticker Sheets are the most economical way of receiving your stickers. They are also easier to use and peel back if you're labelling things. If you're wanting to hand out your stickers like business cards, single stickers are the way to go!

What if I want a custom shape or size?

Personalised Holographic Stickers are the perfect way to supercharge your brand, event or product.

Our Holographic Stickers are printed in full colour on a rainbow metallic vinyl which changes colour as you move. These stickers are cut to the exact same shape and size of the sticker which is perfect to hand out. Please note that metalised vinyl is more susceptible to wear and tear compared to white vinyl stickers.

ORDER PROCESS

Select the type, size and quantity of your stickers.
Upload your artwork and leave any comments.
Proceed to Checkout.

You will receive an online proof with 1 business day where you can approve or request for adjustments. Once you have approved the proof, your stickers will be printed and cut and on its way to you!

ARTWORK DETAILS

We accept all file formats. Vector files are preferred as they are more sticker friendly and produce the best results for your stickers. Example of vector files: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.

For best results, we recommend minimum resolution of 300dpi. Higher resolution means a better print result.

Steps to check your resolution of your artwork:

Open your file in Photoshop
Remove any unwanted space in the artwork by using the Crop tool.
Go to Image, then Image Size (Alt + Ctrl + I or Option + Command + I)
Untick ‘Resample’
By changing the width and height, the resolution (pixels/inch) will change accordingly. The minimum resolution should be 300 pixels per inch. The associated width and height to the resolution will indicate the print size.

For the best printing results, your artwork should be in CMYK mode.

No need to add your cutline, we'll handle it for you!

Is my artwork at a high resolution for a better quality print?

Are these colours matched as close as possible to the colours I want?

Is the spelling correct? Is the grammar correct?
